The guys doing annual cleanings or pm or whatever your company calls it, do you leave any record with the customer of what was found or done or any readings?
I ask because I do. Looks like this for reference sake.
Guy calls and says he needs a new bigger furnace the one now in attic is not big enough. Guy was there last week and “serviced it” and said his problem was the furnace is not big enough to keep up. Of coarse I laugh in my head as I have only ever seen it one time and it was an ac.
So I ask get me the report he left for his service. He said he didn’t leave one. So now I’m annoyed and now the Ho is annoyed that I’m annoyed.
If you are someone that is doing maintenance on units, do you leave any written record of anything? Why or why not?
He then sent me this and I could help but laugh.
