Called NCI (National comfort institute for those that dont know). They picked up the phone right away! The lady was super nice! Transferred me and he picked up right away. We had a nice little chat and he answered all my questions. He said he would send me an email with some info, I had it right away.
Got home tonight and did my stuff i needed to do, they email me right away again that they had everything they needed and if i needed help to call them etc!
If every company was like this to deal with business would be easy! I will happily support this company and in return they support me.
