As per HVACman3- Checking/monitor water quality in hydronic systems

How many Techs/Co check the water quality of their hydronic heat/cool systems? What are you looking for?
If there is crappy water/black smelly water/debris in the water, just what is that junk/stuff and whatcha gonna do bout it?
